Social Action: Inspirica Women's Shelter

Help make food and serve dinner at the Woodland Campus at Inspirica Women's Shelter

Dates: September 4, November 6, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Temple Sholom and Christ Church are joining together for this new social action initiative. This is a wonderful opportunity to deepen Interfaith friendships and make new ones, to get our children involved, and make a difference for those who are hungry. By choosing an available slot, you are committing to bringing an item and serving the food (slots are available for individuals or families).

Jewish Collegiate A Capella Competition

Various teams from East Coast Universities will compete for prizes by performing songs in English and in Hebrew. Some of the schools slated to appear include “Shir Appeal” from Tufts, “Aleph Beats” from Brown, “Manginah” from Brandeis, and “Kaskeset” from Binghamton. Tickets information will be available in the coming weeks.
